"Best dinner yet in Italy! Our server, Sergio, was amazing. Make sure to ask for him. He gave ALL good suggestions and we loved every bite. We ordered several meals including, Sliced Beef Angus, Arugula and Parmesan, Baked Lasagna with Veal Ragu, Ravioli with Butter and Sage. My favorite was the Sliced Beef Angus. It is a must have!!! The environment was clean and very relaxed. We will return. Thanks Sergio!!!!"
"The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic and for exceptional. The google reviews are under appreciated. We could not recommend more. Very reasonable price and culinary delight. 100 years of generational history is not wrong!"
"Wonderful service, welcoming staff. It's some of the tastiest food we've had in Rome. A lovely lady was very patient when I asked her to please show us how we should eat the dish we were trying for the first time. I'm very grateful"
"Highly recommended! We were treated to mouth-watering food with extremely tasty pasta and meat dishes that were truly unforgettable. The delicious starters set the tone for an exquisite meal. Exceptional service from start to finish. This is, without a doubt, the best Italian food we've tasted. Don't miss out on this gem"
"Lovely traditional restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not many options for me as a vegan but this was 100% the best pomodoro I had during my trip to Italy! Servers were enthusiastic and friendly. Wine was sooo cheap."
"What eating out should be. This traditional style restaurant is an absolute gem of a place. My wife and I had our wedding reception here 15 years ago on the recommendation of the local Augustinian priest Fr. Tony Finn, He summed up the restaurant as great food, served by nice people, for locals and tourists, at a very fair price. He was right. When we visited Rome recently we decided to to take a trip down memory lane. The restaurant was just as we remembered, still the same pleasent friendly service by waiters and staff who have spent a lifetime at this restaurant. The menu is very extensive and caters for vegetarians. The pasta dishes and desserts are a must. The house wine is excellent at a frankly astonishing €2:50 a glass. Due to an early flight we dined out at 7pm on Sunday which wasn't busy, but as the evening wore on a steady stream of older locals and a spattering of tourists started to arrive. Al Padovano is a jewel of a restaurant. I can't wait to visit again."
"I had an incredible experience at Ristorante Al Padovano! The pasta dishes were absolutely delicious, and the service was both efficient and friendly, with the staff always sporting a smile. The restaurant's charming decor added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I can't wait to visit again!"
"We came here three times during our week stay in rome. The service was great and were very friendly and the food was amazing, specifically the pizza and ravioli."
